Welcome to our charming household in Stamford, Lincolnshire, where we offer two delightful rooms for your stay: the Green room and the Garden room. These rooms are situated across the landing from one another, providing both privacy and convenience.
The Green Room offers a picturesque view overlooking the historic Scotgate Alms houses, while The Garden Room provides a serene outlook over our beautiful back courtyard garden. Each room comfortably sleeps two guests and is equipped with modern amenities to ensure a pleasant stay.

For your convenience, you'll find both your room key and the front door key placed on your bedroom door upon arrival.

Car parking is a public carpark situated directly opposite costing £5.30 a day (Mon-Sat).

Cancellations & Last Minute Bookings
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please give 30 days’ notice for a full refund. If your cancellation falls within 30 days of your stay, we will give you the option to rebook or receive 50% of your total payment, if it falls within 7 days of your stay, we will take the full payment.
